  • They must be in the same condition as when they were picked up or dropped off.
  • They must not have any additional stains or damages beyond what was reported at the time of order placement.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund. We will issue a refund if your return is approved. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that do not meet our return criteria.

You can cancel your laundry service order without any cancellation fees if you do so before our team begins processing your items. However, once the cleaning process has started, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be charged for the services rendered up to that point.
